Kobe cuisine is not just about Kobe beef!

This ramen shop called 「らーめん 一嗹」that specializes in Chicken White Soup. Even though we arrived before dinner time, there were already many customers queuing up before the shop opened.
As you sit down, you can see more and more customers keep coming in to enjoy the meals. It is one of the popular ramen shops in Kobe's Sannomiya area. 

 ◈らーめん 一嗹 Location 
 
After exiting from the East Exit 8 of Sannomiya Station (Kobe Municipal Subway), walk along the left side for approximately 5 minutes. The location is quite easy to find.

 ◈らーめん 一嗹_Store Interior 

The store has limited seating, with only 6 counter seats available.
The open kitchen allows customers to witness the meticulous process of the owner making each bowl of noodles.

 ◈らーめん 一嗹 Menu 

Ordering can be done through a self-service ordering machine, and only cash payment is accepted.
The ordering machine accepts only Japanese yen bills of 1,000 and coins.
It is recommended to prepare the money in advance and decide on the ramen flavor before entering the store as well.
After ordering, hand the meal ticket to the staff and enjoy the delicious ramen!

For your first visit, I recommend trying the signature Chicken White Soup Ramen, which is highly recommended by the restaurant.
Additionally, you can choose other options like "Chicken White Soup Vegetable Ramen," "Spicy Miso Chicken Ramen," or "Ranou Raw Chicken Egg Rice". 
As for me, I ordered the Chicken White Soup Ramen and a half portion of Fried Rice.


Chicken White Soup Ramen: 850 Japanese yen (prices are subject to change).

The essence of this bowl lies in the long-simmered Chicken White Soup, which has a rich taste.
When drinking the soup, it goes down your throat smoothly.
The noodles have a slightly thicker texture, providing a satisfying chewiness.
The ramen is garnished with wood ear mushrooms, green onions, a soft-boiled egg, and tender chicken slices, making it incredibly delicious.

 
Fried Rice: 400 Japanese yen (prices are subject to change).

In addition, the fried rice is also delicious. It has a fragrant wok aroma, and the grains of rice keep their shape, it pairs perfectly with the ramen and is incredibly satisfying.
