PERSONAL DATA USE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”)

 

For protection of all users’ rights, Tripellet Inc. (the “Company”) hereby makes the following statement in accordance with the provisions of Personal Data Protection Act (the “PDP Act”) and any applicable laws before its collection, process, using and cross-border transfer of all users’ personal data. Please make sure you have read and understood the content set forth in this Agreement.

 

  1. PURPOSE OF COLLECTION

 

For the purposes of company management, business operation, promotion activities, information management, database maintenance, notice service, statistical surveys and analyses (the “Purpose”), the Company may collect, process, use and cross-border transfer all users’ personal data to the extent necessary and in an honest and trustworthy manner.

 

  1. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

 

For the Purpose set forth in Article I, the Company may collect all users’ personal date to the extent necessary, including names, I.D. card numbers, passport numbers, residential addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, credit information, network information (for example: usernames, accounts, pictures, IP addresses, mobile device locations, check-in information of social networking sites) and any other information that may be used to directly or indirectly identify a natural person.

 

  • USE PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA

 

The Company will collect, process, use and cross-border transfer users’ personal data to the extent necessary for the duration of Purpose set forth in Article I.

 

  1. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

 

The Company, its worldwide affiliates, contractors, business partners, any other recipients agreed by you from time to time, judiciary, prosecutors offices and other governmental organizations (the “Recipient”).

 

  1. REGIONS OF USING PERSONAL DATA

 

Domestic or overseas locations of each Recipient stated in Article IV.

 

  1. METHODS OF USING PERSONAL DATA

 

To the extent permitted by the PDP Act and any applicable laws, any automatic or non-automatic using manners complying with contemporary technology.

 

  • THE RIGHTS TO PERSONAL DATA

 

According to Article 3 provided in PDP Act, all users may exercise the following rights by request in writing:

  1. Inquire, request for a review and make duplications of personal data, however the Company may charge necessary handling fees. Under either of the circumstances stated in the proviso to Article 10 of PDP Act, the Company may reject to respond such request of inquiry, reviewing or making duplications.
  2. Request to supplement or correct personal data.
  3. Request discontinuance of collection, process or use of personal data.
  4. Request to delete personal data.

 

  • IMPACT OF NOT PROVIDING PERSONAL DATA

 

All users’ may freely decide whether or not to provide the Company with personal data; however, if the Company will not able to engage in necessary examinations as a result that users decide not to provide personal data, the Company may reject users’ application for each service by the Company.

 

I have read and fully understood the content above in this Agreement, and, by clicking “I AGREE TO”, authorize the Company to collect, process, use and cross-border transfer my personal data for the Purpose and to the extent necessary.
