Ticket counter：10:00 AM ～ 9:00 PM。
Please go to the ticket counter (Main Entrance) and present your QR code to scan and redeem your boarding pass.
All services are suspended on July 13, 24, and 25.
Although this is an open-air boat, service will operate as usual in rainy weather (raincoats will be provided). Umbrellas are not permitted on board.
Depending on weather conditions (such as strong winds), service may be reduced or suspended.
No reservations accepted.
Boarding is only available if seats are available.
Tickets cannot be canceled after redemption.
Please complete check-in at least 15 minutes before boarding.
▷Schedule: First departure at 11:00 AM – last departure at 9:00 PM. Departures at 00 and 30 minutes past each hour.
※ During peak hours, departures are available at intervals of up to 10 minutes.
