Please be sure to check the check-in counter hours, as you may not be able to board your flight otherwise.
3.After purchasing, you must complete your seat reservation via the link provided in your e-ticket. Passengers without a prior reservation will not be allowed to board.
※If you make a same-day reservation, you may have to wait in line; we recommend making your reservation in advance.
4. Large carry-on luggage exceeding 170 cm in total dimensions (length + width + height) cannot be brought onboard. Luggage that cannot be placed on your lap or at your feet must be checked locally for an additional baggage fee (¥1,700 per piece).
5. Departure/arrival times and travel duration may change due to traffic conditions.
6. Children aged 2 and older are charged the adult fare. Children under 2 years old ride free if not occupying a seat (a separate charge applies if a seat is used).
7. Pets are not permitted on board.
8. Please refrain from eating, drinking, or smoking (including e-cigarettes) during the ride. Please note that if you do not comply after being asked, the driver may refuse you boarding, and no refund will be given.
