Instructions & Notes

Please present your ticket at the reception on the day. You will be provided with an admission ticket and a drink voucher.
Due to the approaching typhoon or severe weather, there may be closures. Please check the official website for information in advance.
There is a winter closure period. Be sure to check the official website in advance for opening periods, regular holidays, and opening hours.
The drink voucher can be used at the “Paris Café” inside the Garden Museum Hiei.
