Instructions & Notes

  1. After completing the application, no refund will be given.
  2. Each bicycle requires a Porocle card.
  3. It cannot be used if the height is less than 140cm.
  4. If multiple people share, please be careful not to confuse the card with the bicycle.
  5. Bicycles can be returned at any base as long as it is a base in Sapporo City.
  6. If the bicycle is not returned within the specified time, we will search and collect it. In this case, all costs will be borne by the guest.
  7. Please pay attention to traffic accidents, etc. The user is responsible for traffic accidents that occur during use.
  8. Please obey the traffic rules and etiquette when using. In case of violation, including fines, all responsibility shall be borne by the user.
  9. The Sapporo City Government collects illegally parked bicycles in the city every day and stores them in a fixed location. Additional fees are required to redeem bicycles. In the event that a bicycle is recalled due to a violation of regulations by a customer who parks a bicycle in an area where parking is prohibited, or parks on private land or in a place that hinders pedestrians without permission, the return, storage, and usage fees incurred until the return will all be borne by the user. bear.
