1. Customers do not need to go to the rental company in person; the rental company will deliver the car to specified location.

・ Overtime fee: For the Comfort 5-seater, it’s 4,000 yen/h, for the Luxury 7-seater 5,000 yen/h, and for the Comfort 10-seater 6,000 yen/h, payable directly to the driver on the day.  
・ One child seat is provided free of charge; additional seats require an on-site payment of 1,000 yen per seat.  
・ Please note that Japanese drivers may only have basic English communication skills. We appreciate your understanding.
