【Important Notice】
Regarding EXPO 2025 Osaka, Kansai-related products, we have received a notice from the Expo Association.
As the event approaches its closing period, a large surge in visitors is expected, which may cause significant congestion.
Therefore, please make sure to remind travelers to reserve their admission date and time slot in advance.
Please note that refunds will not be accepted in cases where:
Travelers are unable to secure their preferred date, or reservations cannot be made at all.

1.Valid for one entry on weekdays (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) from April 13, 2025 to October 13, 2025.
※Not available on public holidays: 4/29 (Tue), 5/5 (Mon), 5/6 (Tue), 7/21 (Mon), 8/11 (Mon), 9/15 (Mon), 9/23 (Tue), 10/13 (Mon)
2. Please redeem your e-ticket via Travel Contents APP in advance.
3. How to use:
①After redemption, you will receive a PDF file. Please register as a member on the official ticketing website and log in to enter the 10-digit alphanumeric ticket ID.
Please notice that you can only participate in lotteries for booking 3 times at most.
②After select your visit date, time and exhibition hall, you will receive a QR code.
※Can be reserved from 6 months in advance of the desired admission date.
※You may join the reservation process (lottery and ticket rush) up to three times.
③Please show your QR code at the entrance on the day of your visit.
④Admission date and time can be modified 3 times at most (within the valid period of each ticket).
