Kansai International Airport Limousine Bus network is nationwide from the Kansai Airport, providing safe and comfortable trip with hospitality to the customers. Enjoy access to the free Wifi on our buses and spend your time relaxing during your trip. Protective measures are strictly execute responding to the Novel Coronavirus. Driver and passengers are required to wear masks and disinfecting the buses timely and frequently. Quality air-conditionersare installed on the bus and constantly ventilating the air every 5 minutes.

Usage Instructions & Notification
1. Please redeem your e-ticket via Travel Contents APP in advance. (No cancellation after redemption)
2. How to use: There are two ways to use it. (Ticketing (QRcode)/E-Ticketing)
① Ticketing (QRcode)
Please exchange the physical ticket with your e-ticket at the Kansai International Airport. Scan the QR code on the e-ticket to the Automated Ticket Machine at Terminal 1or Terminal 2 of Kansai International Airport.

※Please redeem your physical ticket at the Kansai International Airport Terminal 1 & 2 Kansai Limousine Bus ticket office in advance as e-tickets are not permitted to ride on directly.

1. Click URL above, E-ticket will be displayed on the page.
2. Confirm the information of the E-ticket, press the “Check in” button, and show the verified ticket to the driver.

1. Smart phone and other mobile devices are required.
2. E-ticket must be used in an available network that traveler has.
3. It cannot be used if ticket page is failed to present on smart phone and other mobile devices for low battery.No refund is applied after verification. Be sure to clickverify button before taking the bus.
3. Each adult can take a child under 6 years old along free of charge.
4. Child Ticket(s) is necessary for children under 6 years old who take up a seat, else free of charge.
5. Chances that there is delay to arrival at thedestination due to the traffic. Ample time should be scheduled for travelling.
6. Except the operational mistakes made by our company, no responsibility should we take for any loss caused by the delay of the bus due to traffic. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
7. According to the Japanese regulations, all passengers MUST put on the seat belt when the bus is travelling. Please follow the rules for your own safety.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the bus. In addition, thebus station is also non-smoking area. Please go to the designated smoking area ifyou want to smoke. Thankyou for your cooperation.
9. Please do not eat loudly on the bus.No food with strong scent is allowed on the bus.
10. Each person is limit to two pieces of luggage, please check the notices for more information.

Personal belongings should meet the following limits: total weight within 30 kg, total volume within 0.25 m³, and maximum side length no more than 2 meters.
Please label your belongings with your name and contact information whenever possible.
