Instructions & Notes
1.Please make sure to redeem your e-ticket in advance via the Travel Contents App. (Once redeemed, ticket cannot be cancelled.) ※Please note! This product must be redeemed at least five day in advance.
2.One coupon per person.
3.If you wish to add insurance or other additional services, please consult the store staff.
4.When driving in Japan with a foreign driving license, you must hold a valid “International Driving License” or “Foreign Driving License + Translate Version in Japanese”.
5.We provide customers with cars filled with gasoline when picking up the car. Please return the car with the same filling of gasoline when returning the car. If you return the car without filling up the gas, you will be charged more than the market price for gas. (Charge is based on the actual distance traveled by the car.)
6.The use of this car rental service will be based on Japanese domestic laws and Japanese car rental terms.
7.Car model preferences are not available. To ensure availability, please make a reservation at least 5 days before the usage date.
If overdue, please call or visit the rental office directly.
