Introduction ｜Ota Sake Brewery

Founded in 1909 (Meiji 42), Ota Sake Brewery is a small traditional brewery located along the historic old road in Wakasa Town. Nestled in a pristine natural environment with clear flowing streams, it uses locally grown sake rice and water to produce its signature sake, “Benten Musume.” Although the brewery is modest in size, it places great emphasis on the quality and flavor of the rice, dedicated to crafting high-quality pure rice sake that tastes even better when warmed, perfect for pairing with meals.
