Instructions & Notes

Please present the QR code at the Hofu City Tourist Information Center. They will assist you with the bicycle rental and provide a 1000 yen coupon for “Tenmaya.”
※ The coupon cannot be obtained by presenting the QR code directly at “Tenmaya.”
Bicycle rental hours are from 9:00 to 17:00. Please return the bicycle by 17:30 (maximum rental time is 8 hours).
Bicycle helmets can be rented for free.
Any price difference at Tenmaya must be paid on site.
※ Payments can be made with cash or credit cards (VISA, JCB, AMEX, Diners, Mastercard). Suica and other electronic payments are not accepted.
The Tenmaya coupon is valid for 90 days after redeem.
The facility is generally open all year round, but please check the official website for the latest business information.
