Introduction | Takarazuka Municipal Tezuka Osamu Museum
Osamu Tezuka spent nearly 20 years of his life in Takarazuka, from the age of 5 to 24.
At this museum, which brings Tezuka’s manga world to life, you can fully immerse yourself in the joys of manga, anime, and even hands-on animation creation. Step through the palace-style entrance hall “reminiscent of Princess Knight” and enter the fantastical world of Osamu Tezuka!

- Business hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Last admission at 4:30 PM)
*Closed on Mondays - There are temporary closure days. Please check the official website for details.
- Photography is allowed inside the museum (photography is not allowed in the 2nd-floor special exhibitions).
- Video recording and streaming are not permitted.
- Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the museum. Smoking is also prohibited within the facility and its surrounding area.
- At the 1st-floor entrance, please show your QR code to the reception staff. You will receive a souvenir (an original clear file from the museum).
