🚉Access:recommend guests enter from the west entrance and exit from the east to avoid the crowds
We have tested two routes to the venue, and the following content includes the actual crowd levels for each.
Route 1:Osaka Metro→Yumeshima Station→the Venue(Eastern Entrance)
- Pros:No transfers required, making it more convenient
- Cons:High crowd levels, resulting in wasted time for luggage inspection
※Quick Reminder:Due to the crowds and the waiting time for luggage inspection, we recommend guests allow 1 to 1.5 hours to ensure a smoother trip.
Route 2:JR Shinkansen→Sakurajima Station→Shuttle Bus→the Vanue(Western Entrance
- Pros:Fewer crowds compared to the Eastern Entrance, giving a better chance to enter more quickly
- Cons:Transfers are required. Guests have to reseve a seat on the bus via Kansai Travel Website “KANSAI MaaS” or through the official APP.
※Quick Reminder:KANSAI MaaS web version can be accessed and used for reservations from outside Japan. However, the app is only available for use within Japan. If you intend to book your ticket through the app, we recommend downloading it after you arrive in Japan.
🌟Summary
While you can reach the Osaka Expo directly by subway with no transfers required, based on actual crowd conditions, we highly recommend that guests enter from the Western Entrance and exit through the Eastern Entrance.
