The castle ruins have been transformed into Tsuruyama Park, home to approximately 1,000 cherry blossom trees. Every spring, the park attracts many visitors for flower viewing, earning it a spot among Japan’s Top 100 Cherry Blossom Spots. The site is also recognized as one of Japan’s Top 100 Historic Castles.
