※This product must be booked at least 10 days in advance.

1. Please make sure to redeem your e-ticket in advance via the Travel Contents App. (Once redeemed, ticket cannot be cancelled.)
2. After booking, please check the confirmation email and ensure the QR code is attached.
3. On the day of your trip, please present the QR code to exchange the ticket at the counter of the JR Expressway Bus Ticket Center in Osaka Station or JR Namba Station Minatomachi Bus Terminal (OCAT 2F) before the meeting time.
(Note: You cannot board the bus by showing only the QR code.)
4. The ticket center may be crowded on the day of your visit. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the meeting time to complete the redemption at the designated counter.
5. The bus will depart on time. Please confirm the meeting location in advance and allow sufficient time to avoid being late.
6. Tickets cannot be refunded for late arrivals. Thank you for your understanding.
7. In addition to guidance provided in Japanese by the bus guide, multilingual commentary is available on board via your own smartphone and earphones. Please note that earphones are not provided. If you do not have earphones, please mute your smartphone and follow the guidance displayed on the screen only.
Audio guidance will not play when the screen is turned off or when using other apps. The commentary is automatically played based on GPS and is not a translation of the bus guide’s narration.
8. Departure times are subject to change due to weather conditions, traffic, or facility maintenance. Thank you for your understanding.
9. Road or weather conditions may cause late arrival. We disclaim responsibility for any refunds or compensation related to bus delays, including transportation or accommodation costs.
10. Please be aware that the roof may be closed during operation in rainy weather. We appreciate your understanding.
11. Please fasten your seat belt and remain seated without moving during the ride.
12. Please note that the open-top bus has no roof and may be quite windy. We recommend that you bring appropriate warm clothing.
13. Please prepare appropriate clothing according to the season, weather, and temperature.
14. Umbrellas are not permitted onboard. Complimentary raincoats will be provided on rainy days.
15. Food and drinks (including alcohol) may be brought on board, but if you are intoxicated and may cause a nuisance to other passengers, we may refuse to accept or continue transport. Please also take your trash home with you.
16. Large luggage can be stored on the lower level of the bus. Please note that advance storage is not available. Thank you for your understanding.
17. Carrying hazardous items is prohibited.
18. Departures may be cancelled due to severe weather conditions such as typhoons or thunderstorms. Please note that no compensation for transportation or accommodation will be provided in such cases. Thank you for your understanding.
