Instructions & Notes

1. Please make sure to redeem your e-ticket in advance via the Travel Contents App. (Once redeemed, ticket cannot be cancelled.)
2. You must present a valid form of identification upon entering the park.
3. People with disabilities and one accompanying person are eligible for discounted admission. Please note that due to facility design and safety considerations, access to certain areas or attractions may be restricted. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
4. Reselling, transferring, or lending tickets (including numbered tickets) is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether a transaction is involved. Tickets will be void and admission denied if the original purchaser is not present.
5. This is a cashless venue. Cash payments are not accepted. Please use credit cards, transportation IC cards, or e-money.
6. Coin-operated lockers are not available within the park. For large luggage, please use nearby storage facilities.
7. Strollers are not permitted inside the park. A temporary storage area is available, but the venue assumes no liability for damage, loss, or theft. Please note that storage capacity is limited and may be unavailable during peak hours.
8. Visitors using wheelchairs may have restricted access to certain areas for safety reasons. Designated routes will be provided. For more details, please refer to the Chiikawa Land Visitor Guide.
9. Restrooms within the park are limited in number and are expected to be crowded; please use them as early as possible.
10. The ticket purchaser must be present at the time of entry. The entire party must arrive and enter together. Individual entry is not permitted.
11. Depending on your ticket type, you may be required to present identification or proof of eligibility. If you are unable to present the required documents, you may be required to pay the difference in ticket price.
12. All group members must be present at the time of entry. If you arrive more than one hour after your designated entry time, you may not be permitted to enter.
