Instructions & Notes

1. Please make sure to redeem your e-ticket in advance via the Travel Contents App. (Once redeemed, ticket cannot be cancelled.)
2. Please present your ticket directly at the entrance. When queuing for entry, please have your QR code (displayed on your mobile phone) or a printed copy of your ticket ready.
3. Please arrive at the cinema at least 20 minutes before your scheduled entry time. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows.
4. We cannot guarantee entry to the studio if you arrive after the designated time. Please allow ample time for your visit.
5. The selected entry time is for entering the studio, not for accessing attractions. Please arrive at the studio entrance at your designated entry time.
6. Admission is valid for a single entry only.
7. Tickets must be purchased in advance and cannot be purchased at the Tokyo Harry Potter Studio.
8. Staff may request to see valid identification to verify age (please have a valid ID ready).
9. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-changeable. Tickets become invalid if transferred, altered, or resold.
